Welcome to Saarthi Cabs. By booking or using our taxi services via phone, WhatsApp, website, or any other platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Nature of Service
Saarthi Cabs provides taxi and transport services for local, outstation, airport transfer, and tour travel. We operate as a transport service provider/facilitator.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Customers must provide accurate pickup location, drop location, date, time, and contact details.
Advance payment may be required to confirm booking.
Saarthi Cabs reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its sole discretion.
Incorrect information may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Fare Policy
Fare is calculated based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and trip category.
Minimum kilometers per day may apply for outstation bookings.
Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, hill charges, entry fees, and driver allowance are extra unless clearly mentioned as “All Inclusive.”
Fare may vary during peak season, festivals, emergencies, or high-demand periods.
Any route deviation, additional stops, extended usage, or waiting time will be charged extra.
Distance and route calculation will be based on Google Maps or standard route mapping.
4. Payment Terms
Advance payment is mandatory for certain bookings.
Remaining payment must be cleared before trip completion.
We accept Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and other approved modes.
Non-payment may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
5. Advance Payment & Refund Policy
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
No refund will be provided in case of:
Customer cancellation
No-show
Last-minute cancellation
Incorrect booking details
Operational cancellation
Emergency cancellation
Saarthi Cabs is not liable to refund advance payment under any circumstances unless agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges may apply based on timing.
Same-day cancellations may attract up to 100% cancellation charges.
Saarthi Cabs reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety, operational, or emergency reasons without refund liability.
7. Waiting Charges
Limited free waiting time (15–30 minutes) is provided.
Airport pickups may include limited free waiting.
Extra waiting will be charged hourly as per company policy.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:
Maintain respectful behavior with drivers.
Avoid intoxication, abusive language, illegal activities.
Not smoke or consume alcohol/drugs inside the vehicle.
Ensure no damage is caused to the vehicle.
Any damage caused by passengers shall be fully recoverable from them.
9. Luggage Policy
Luggage capacity depends on vehicle type.
Excess luggage must be informed at booking.
Saarthi Cabs is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
10. Service Refusal & Operational Rights
Saarthi Cabs reserves the absolute right to:
Refuse service to intoxicated, misbehaving, abusive, or unlawful passengers.
Cancel, delay, modify, or reschedule bookings due to:
Driver illness
Vehicle breakdown
Heavy traffic
Road closure
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Sudden operational cost increase
Force majeure events
Any unforeseen emergency beyond control
Provide an alternative vehicle (similar or different category) depending on availability.
Revise fares in case of route change, extended usage, or operational cost variation.
Modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms shall be effective immediately upon publication.
11. Delays & Force Majeure
Saarthi Cabs shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by:
Weather conditions
Traffic congestion
Political unrest
Strikes
Government action
Natural disasters
Mechanical failure
Any event beyond reasonable control
12. Accident, Insurance & Third-Party Liability
In case of any accident, injury, loss, damage, theft, death, or mishappening during the trip, the matter shall be handled directly between the driver, passenger(s), insurance company, and concerned authorities (including police) as per applicable law.
Saarthi Cabs shall not be considered a direct party in any claim, compensation demand, insurance settlement, civil dispute, or criminal proceeding arising from such incident.
Any compensation shall be processed strictly through the vehicle’s valid insurance policy and as determined by legal authorities.
Saarthi Cabs shall not be liable for personal injury, death, baggage loss, property damage, delay, emotional distress, financial loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability of Saarthi Cabs, under any circumstance, shall be strictly limited to the total booking amount paid by the customer.
13. Limitation of Liability
Saarthi Cabs is not responsible for missed flights, trains, meetings, hotel bookings, or business losses.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the booking amount paid.
14. Privacy Policy
Customer information will be kept confidential.
Personal data will not be shared except where required by law.
Customers agree to receive service-related communication.
15. Dispute & Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the local jurisdiction of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (India).
Any legal matter shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India only.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using Saarthi Cabs services, the customer confirms that they:
Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
Agree to comply with all policies mentioned.
Accept that Saarthi Cabs’ liability is limited as stated above.
